2. Lost Dutchman Marathon

The Lost Dutchman Marathon is a charity run by an all-volunteer board of directors and officers. Proceeds go to local youth organizations.
The marathon start, and the first six miles, can be magical, with the pre-dawn campfires, moon, and stars giving way to the scenic desert scape during sunrise.
The 10K begins and ends in Prospector Park over the last 3.1 miles of the Marathon course and is an out-and-back. Most of the race is on paved roads, but some will be on dirt. The distance is relatively flat but includes a slight incline and decline to the finish line. There is no time limit for the 10K.

The Buckeye Marathon is a Boston Qualifier. The 9th Annual Buckeye Marathon, Half, 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile Fun Run will take place on Saturday, January 7, 2023.
The course is known for its downhill and fast route. Runners will drop over 530 feet in elevation from start to finish.
The marathon starts in the community of Sun City Festival, then goes around the beautiful White Tank Mountains, and ends at the runway of the Buckeye Municipal Airport.
Half Marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1M runners will start and finish at the airport, with scenic views of the White Tank Mountains.
4. Mesa Marathon

The Four Corners Quad Keyah marathon and half marathon will be completed each day, Thursday through Sunday. All runs begin at 8:30 a.m. There is no distance limit, and all athletes have the chance to finish the race.
Each day begins and ends in one of the 4 states. – Thursday will feature a marathon beginning and ending in Arizona; Friday is Utah; Saturday will be Colorado; and Sunday will begin and end in New Mexico.
You can also find a 2-mile Community Fun Run on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. There is no fee or award for this event.
