When you join Runzy, you tell us about your fitness, goals, health, schedule, and more. We use that to match you with a one-on-one remote running coach who specializes in training for your goals and level. Your coach builds you a personalized training plan and joins you on your running journey. As you train, your coach monitors your progress, makes adjustments to your plan and is always just a message away to answer questions, offer support, and give feedback.

Runzy is for runners of all experience levels. We have coaches who work with new runners, runners returning to the sport, and people who have been running for many years. If you run (or want to start) Runzy has a coach for you!

We`ve built tools to help our Runzy coaches be more efficient than the average coach.Using artificial intelligence, we are able to automate the most tedious parts of coaching and allow our coaches to focus more time on each of our runners.

Runzy integrates with Strava, Garmin, and other fitness services to automatically track your run data. Runzy has analyzed millions of runs and uses A.I. to understand what makes a successful training plan. Your coach uses these tools to adjust your plan based on progress, missed workouts, and rescheduling as needed.

Runzy coaches work with runners who are looking to start a running routine, run more consistently, or achieve a specific running distance or time/performance goal. Our coaches can help you train for events from 1 mile to the marathon (and beyond).

Runzy coaches are remote and do not coach in-person. You will meet your coach over video calls, and communicate with them directly through our mobile app. Because we hire our coaches from all over, we are able to make highly personalized matches for each athlete based on their goals, fitness, and background, irregardless of geography.

No contracts. Runzy is month-to-month and you can cancel any time.

Definitely. You can easily switch between our Basic, Core, and Plus plans month-to-month depending on your needs.
