The Final Fab!  In it's 27th year, the Fab 5k is about the flattest course you could create in SW Virginia.  It winds through the asphalt and gravel roads and onto some of the grassy fields of Green Hill Park to make a very fast cross country course.  It is perfect for all levels of fitness from the elite runner to walker.
