Run or walk.  This 5K has no elevation - the course is completely flat.  The race will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the Police Station in State Center, Iowa.  Parking is available around the start line.  State Center is only 40 minutes north of Des Moines or 25 minutes east of Ames on Hwy 30.
