Mid-Summer Half out and back along the Sammamish Lake Trail starting out at the Issaquah Courthouse - Trail head. 6.5 miles toward Marymoor Park Redmond and back. We will have 5 water stops with Ice Cold Water, first aid and gel stations starting promptly at 8 am.

Bib pick up starting at 7 am. Parking at the Issaquah Courthouse. It may be hot and humid (56-77 degrees F) please hydrate properly, slow down if you are over heating and take water on the course.
