Marathon
Known as the “The Coolest Marathon in Arizona,” The Flagstaff Marathon is a completely off-road course in the Coconino National Forest. At 8,000+ ft. elevation, it is known as one of the most challenging courses in the country, with 1,200 feet of climbing for the half marathon and 2,400 for the full, and composed entirely of single and double track trails.
Participants can register for the full marathon, half marathon, 10K, or Kids Kilo events.
There is a cut-off at mile 19 for marathoners! Marathoners MUST be through the mile 19 aid station by 12:45pm (4 hours and 45 minutes into the race), if not they will be asked to step off the course.
