WHY: For fun and to promote wellness
HOW: 1) Sign up for this virtual challenge on RunSignup. 2) Join the Anesthesia Fall in Love with Running/Walking Wellness Challenge Facebook Group. 3) Between Sept 1 and Oct 31 complete as many challenges as you can and document completion on the RunSignup and post on the FB group. 4) Have fun with it!
RULES: 1) Each run/walk needs to be at least 1 mile to be considered for completion of any of the challenges. 2) You can complete up to 3 challenges in a single one-mile run/walk. 3) The more you post and the more you share, the more fun it will be for everyone!
