Our 25thAnnual Southern Harbor House Bike - Run - Walk is an in-person event with a virtual 5K option for friends near and far who are otherwise feeling overcommitted but still would like to participate on their own time. Please be sure to read carefully when selecting which event to register for.

Celebrate Community Days and join us in our annual tri-sport event. The Southern Harbor House 2023 5K Bike-Run-Walk aims to provide financial support for operating expenses. Your commitment to our program is part of what makes our work as an integrated community resource distinctive.

Register online through August 11 at noon, or in person at Southern Harbor House the morning of the event. Please arrive by 7:15am to do so. 

For participants who wish to bike, enjoy our scenic 8 mile "Round the Island Course". Depart from Southern Harbor House - follow North Shore to South Shore for a finish at Southern Harbor House.

For participants who wish to walk or run, enjoy our spectator friendly 5K course "Through Town" a gentle out and back loop beginning and ending at Southern  Harbor House.

The first 25 registrants will receive our custom “Community Partners” T-Shirt listing all our volunteer heroes that have helped make our resident’s lives more enjoyable throughout the year. Bib numbers are delivered electronically after successful registration. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes awarded in each event.
