Who Gives a Ruck? about Veteran Suicide is a 5K ruck march meant to bring awareness to Veteran suicide and the local community mental health services available.  Participants are encouraged to carry a 20 lb. backpack/ruck (NOT PROVIDED) to symbolize the roughly 20 Veterans who succumb to suicide every day.  

All proceeds will benefit local organizations/agencies that serve the Veterans throughout our community in various ways.
