WESTYN’S LIGHT was created to keep his light shining through rare disease education for communities, emergency medical responders, CAH/Adrenal Insufficiency awareness, as well as support for those dealing with these rare adrenal diseases.  Recently Westyn's Light partnered with another Non-Profit Tails For Life.  Our goal is to assist those who suffer with Adrenal Insufficiency to have  the opportunity to have a specially trained service dog to alert during times of crisis.  This race is our largest annual fundraiser, so the proceeds will be used to offer several grants to families to help assist in covering the cost of these very specialized dogs, as well as still assist others in providing needed support for families living with these diseases.
