Welland Canal Open Water Swim

Located at the Welland International Flatwater Centre where the weather is always great and the water warm and smooth. the Welland Canal Open Water Swim has established itself as one of the premier open water swimming events in Ontario. We offer a wide variety of distances so we have something for everyone. So come on out on September 10 and join us at this prestigious event!
The Welland Canal Open Water Swim is considered by many to be one of the best in the area Thanks to the quality and temperature of the water, as well as the world-class facilities offered by the WRCC.
- Distances: 1k, 2.5k, 5k, and 10k
- Course: The course will be a 2.5k loop. All swimmers will do 1, 2, or 4 loops depending on their chosen distance.
