Join us for a flat, fast, and scenic out and back run along the beautiful Bay Trail.  Finisher ribbons to all participants, with place ribbons to Top 5 overall M/F/NB runners.

Aid station available along the 10 mile course.

Check-in begins at 8:00am.  Both races start at 9:00am. Course closes at 11:30am, no aid or timing after this time.
