Come walk with us! Join the Lauren’s Kids foundation and thousands of walkers across the state for the 2024 Walk in My Shoes 1,500-mile trek across Florida – beginning in Key West! Walk for 3 miles or more…every step counts in the fight to prevent child sexual abuse and help survivors heal. 

#WhyWeWalk: Together, we’re walking during the month of April – National Sexual Assault Awareness Month and National Child Abuse Prevention Month –  to raise awareness, educate communities, and empower survivors.

We'll start registration at the at Publix Super Market at Grand Oaks Town Center at 12:30 pm on Monday, April 15, 2024, and begin walking at 1:15 pm.  We'll walk 2.7 miles to Church of Christ where we'll take a water break. Those feeling adventurous can continue on with us for even more miles.
