The Upper Dublin Aquatic Club (UDAC), in partnership with Upper Dublin Parks & Recreation (UDP&R) will host a Splash & Dash event in conjunction with the Upper Dublin Triathlon. The event is designed to introduce youth athletes to the multisport lifestyle through the unique discipline of aquathlon (swim-run). 

Participants ages 7-10 will complete a 140-meter pool swim and 1-kilometer run, while athletes ages 11-15 will complete a 210m pool swim and 2k run. All participants will receive a unique, custom finishers’ medal and giveaways.
