Willow Running is super excited to combine forces with the DeRuyter Volunteer Fire Dept. to offer the 45th Annual Tromptown Half Marathon & 5K event. You will have the choice of running the traditional Thursday night Tromptown 5K or the Tromptown Half Marathon on Saturday morning. Interested in running both? This well-established event with incredible tradition will also include the DeRUYTER CUP Challenge.

5K & Half Marathon finishers will receive finisher medals.

Both events take place in conjunction with the DeRuyter Fireman's Field Days (Thurs-Sunday) so bring your family, stick around post-race for all the good old-fashioned fun. 

All Half Marathon participants/finishers will receive a custom tee shirt, custom Dalmation socks, finisher medal and a food ticket for a free pancake breakfast post run on Saturday. 

We have the awards for the Tromptown half marathon ready! We will be awarding Fleet Feet Gift Certificates to 1st overall M/F- $50, 2nd overall M/F $25 & Third overall M/F $15 and for our first Master M/F $20 gift certificates to Dicks Sporting Goods!
