Scenic "out and back" course begins and ends at the intersection of River Road and Griscom Streets in Dawson, crosses the Youghiogheny River via the Dawson Bridge and extends along the Yough River Trail towards Connellsville.

Registration begins at 7AM at the Cochran House. All paid entrants receive a free t-shirt. Awards for 5K run and 5K walk will be given to the top 3 male and female finishers overall and to the top 3 male and female finishers in each age group. Race age categories are as follows: 11 & under; 12-15; 16-19; 20-24; 25-29; 29-34; 35-39, 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59, 60-64; 65-69; and 70 and over. $25 registration fee prior to May 15th  -$30 dollar registration fee day of race. You must PREREGISTER to be guaranteed a t-shirt. Same day registrants are NOT guaranteed a t-shirt.
