Track Thursdays - 6 sessions
Get super speedy this summer with our Ladies' Track Thursday workouts at 6:00am! Hosted by DTT Running (formerly OFF THE GRID Running).
This group is for female runners of all paces and abilities. Coach Becky will provide 6 unique weekly workouts and offer feedback on goal paces along with pace predictions for a variety of distances.
Each workout will depart from Shrine Hill Park parking lot at 6:03am. We will run about a quarter mile to the track, complete the workout, and then wrap up by about 7:00. (It’s ok to be late or leave early!) From 7:00- 7:10 will be the BONUS round --full of the surprises we are known for.
Workouts will be 2.5-4 miles total with rest (or bonus round) breaks between intervals. (If you’d like to run extra, our trail group will meet afterward!)
Walkers are also welcome!
