Three Dams 10 Miler, 10K, 5K

The Three Dams follows the Logan River up beautiful Logan Canyon passing First, Second and Third Dam. This is an out and back course.

The Three Dams 10 Miler, 10K & 5K is Race 4 of 4 of the Sol Speak Yoga "Urban Trail Racing Series". Save $20 when you sign up for the full series.

Our course was mapped using the Strava mobile app on a Samsung Phone using the Android platform. Course may not be exact distance due to access, water stops and natural turn around points.

PARKING

Parking is limited at First Dam. There are several places to park a little north and a little south. But we suggest carpooling and arrive early.
