Be it a race through the glittering streets of Las Vegas or a quiet run on a desert path, the Original Las Vegas Marathon captures the heart of every runner who takes on its course. Whether it's your first marathon or a cherished addition to a seasoned career, the event offers a tapestry of experiences, each one as vibrant as the city that hosts it. For some, it's the thrill of racing under the neon lights, the anticipation mounting as they line up outside the M Resort Spa and Casino. For others, it's the steady rhythm of their feet along a bike path framed by stunning desert views.
From the early morning chill to the warmth of the sun that follows, runners find their stride through a course dotted with support—from aid stations brimming with encouragement to music stages lifting spirits with each passing mile. It’s a journey of determination, sweat, and joy, where every step brings you closer to the finish line and to the personal victory that awaits there.
While some stories highlight the smooth, rolling course and the fun of encountering fellow runners and spectators, others share the humor in the extra mile walked before the race even starts—just another twist in the unforgettable marathon experience that is Las Vegas. Yet, no matter how the miles unfold, every participant finishes with a sense of accomplishment, their own unique marathon memory etched forever in their hearts.

Sunday:
- 5k - 6:45 am
- 10k - 6:30 am
- Half Marathon- 6:15 am
- Marathon - 6:00 am
- Early start - 5:00 am
Early start option: We are proud to announce a “marathon early start” option for the full marathon runners who need a little more time to finish and still be part of all the fun at the post-race party. “Early Start” is at 5 am on race day, BUT you have to let us know ahead of time so that we can capture your bib number for the official timing stats. We will NOT have all of our water stations setup until about 5:30 am so you are on your own for water for the first 30 minutes. You must know the course (out and back course) if you want to use the early option

Weekend warriors / Beginners / walkers:
Yes, very walker-friendly course, mostly flat, with plenty of water stations, and loads of fun! Generous 7:00-hour time limit for the Full marathon so take your time and enjoy the course, all levels of fitness are welcome at our events.
Middle of the pack runners:
Great course for a new PR (personal record) this year. Mostly flat course and plenty of room to make your move towards your PR
Elite and Advanced runners:
This mostly flat course and a great way to test your speed on a course of legends!
All Runners will receive:

1. Premium sublimated shirts for all runners, moisture wicking material will not shrink. Design will not fade or peel. Men's and Women's specific sizes.
