The Children’s Home joins in the fun of the Oblong Fall Follies on the last Saturday of the month of October for the annual Spooktacular 5K. It is a brisk morning run/walk for all of the participants, but they come out in droves to enjoy the early 8:00 a.m. start. It is a great start to a great day in Oblong. We are proud to be a part!

Entry fee:  $25 (non-refundable)
Location:  Oblong City Park, Oblong, IL (or virtual—your choice)
Date:  Saturday, October 29th, 2022
Time:  8:00 AM (CDT)
Deadline for entry: October 15 (if you’d like a commemorative t-shirt); otherwise register and pay by noon on October 28.

Awards will be presented immediately after the race to the following age group winners (male and female): 10 and under, 11—15, 16—20, 21—30, 31—40, 41—50, 51—60, 61-71, 72 and over.  We will also award an overall male and female participant.
