Join us for a virtual 5k dedicated to promoting mental health awareness during Mental Health Awareness Month, which is celebrated each May.

Participants can walk or run a 5k at their own pace, in any location, and anytime during the month of May. After completing the 5k, they can log their time in their profile.

We encourage all participants to share their experience with friends and family to spread awareness about mental health.
