Get ready for the 2nd Annual Spooky Sprint 5K, brought to you in partnership by the East Longmeadow Recreation Department and 4RUN3.  The race, held on Saturday, October 29, 2021, is a family event. Costumes are not required, but are definitely encouraged! Bring the kids!! Proceeds will go to support the ELRD Scholarship Fund, which gives every child and adult the opportunity to participate in recreation programming regardless of cost and financial situation. 

The course is rolling and brings you along a scenic route through the center of town and the outskirts.  The course route will be supported with volunteers to ensure that our youth participants have a safe and fun experience running through the streets of East Longmeadow.

Kids 12 and under will receive a Halloween tote, and there will be trick or treat opportunities along the 5k route!

Start time will be 9:00 AM and post-race we will have music and Halloween treats for the whole family!

$20 for participants 13 and older

Cost after September 1st:

$15 for participants 12 yrs and younger

$25 for participants 13 and older
