This is a post season high school cross-country event focused on creating a fast field allowing runners from all conferences and all divisions to run against one another.  All runners must have a qualifying time from the current season to enter.  This event is focused on providing individual runners an opportunity to run against a complete field of top tier talent.  All runners will receive a T-shirt for competing.

Qualifying Times

Boys - Verifiable 2023 sub-20-minute 5K 

Girls - Verifiable 2023 sub-25-minute 5K

Awards:

1st, 2nd and 3rd place individual medallions in both races

1st, 2nd and 3rd team All-Star medallions will be awarded to the top 21 runners in each race (7 medallions per team)

If there are 5 or more teams with at least 5 qualifying runners a single team trophy will be awarded to the top boys and girl's teams.

Location:

This year the all-star race will take place at Brandon's XC Course at Quarry Park. The park is directly across the street from the Brandon Amphitheater.

Schedule:

Girls 5K - 10:00

Boys 5K - 10:30

Awards - 11:00

Entry fee is $25 per runner.
