This group run is exclusive to the awesome people that make up the SLOW AF NEO Run Club!

I'm inviting you to a free group run on Sunday, September 22nd at 9:00AM!

IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF 9/16!

We will all meet near the gazebo by Cafe Ah-Roma in Berea, OH (parking is available in the Giant Eagle Plaza).  I will take you on an easy paced run from the coffee shop through part of our beautiful Valley Parkway and back to the coffee shop. The total distance of this easy group run is about 5 miles (8km)!  

Once we finish the run I hope you can all stick around and socialize inside the awesome local coffee shop that I used to frequent as a BW Student :)  

***Everyone who attends this group run gets a free large drip coffee (or $2 off a fancy drink, lol) courtesy of Olmsted Spirit and one free registration for our final race of the Olmsted Spirit Race Series, the 6th Annual Olmsted Ugly Sweater Run happening Sunday, December 8 at 9:00AM!  You can find out more info on our final race by CLICKING HERE!

Everyone who is part of the SLOW AF NEO group is welcome to invite a friend to run/walk with them, I just ask that you register them as well!
