Take strides toward better health. Join us for our second annual 55+ 1-mile walk/run and social gathering! The event will include an app demonstration, refreshments, and opportunities to connect with other walkers. Open to everyone age 55+ and their friends and families. Participants are not required to complete the whole course. All fitness levels are welcome!
