Prior to picking up your packet at our She Runs Expo (10:00am - 6:00pm), join your community of women for our ShakeOut Run!

Meet at 9:00am  for stretching and connection, led by Coach Sammie. Then head out for a short 3 miles. You can view the route here using Strava

Join us back for light refreshments. A water cooler will be available pre and post run/walk for you to fill water bottles.

A Better Ewe will be doing manual stretching before and after the run.

Then stick around and enjoy the She Runs Expo and Packet Pick Up. Meet some of our sponsors as they create a welcoming and vibrant experience for participants. Customize Fanware & Bibs and connect with fellow runners. Expo is from 10:00am - 6:00pm.
