8th Annual Shannon Heil Memorial GR8T Race 8K & 5K is back in Lincoln Woods State Park, where it all started. This course will test your endurance by offering you two hilly courses a 8K loop and a 5K USTAF certified course. Both races will start and finish inside Lincoln Woods State Park.

Race Start: 8:00AM

Event details and schedule

RACE START: 8:00 AM

The race will be chipped timed.

First 150 registrants will receive a t-shirt and a finishers medal.

COURSE RESOURCES:

Water stations will be stationed throughout the course

AWARDS:

All participants will receive a finishers medal.
Trophies for the overall male/female in each race.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION: 6:30-7:30
PACKET PICK UP: 4/22 9:00-11:00AM (Location to be announced)
