Due to limited manpower Senior Services has made the difficult decision to cancel the Heartland 5K scheduled for Sunday, September 12th.  We are in the midst of a staff and volunteer shortage and other projects must take priority. You have a few different options on your registration fees as noted below.

1.       Donate the cost of registration to cover 3 – 4 meals for homebound, isolated seniors receiving Meals on Wheels. To volunteer for Meals on Wheels please visit this site and fill out the application: https://seniorservicesofwichita.org/meals-on-wheels/

2.       Transfer your registration to Race 4 Freedom held on Saturday, September 11th. All proceeds stay local and support a wonderful organization ICT SOS which assists victims of human trafficking. Contact Jennifer White at jennifer@ictsos.org. Race 4 Freedom: https://race4freedom.com 

3.       Senior Services can reimburse your payment.
