Registration includes a t-shirt, food, a high-end swag bag, finisher medals and awards for adults and kids (including sizeable gift cards). There will be personalized sessions and samples from vendors including a session wearing compression boots from Medical Sports Massage, stretching from Stretch Zone and nutritional samples from Elizabeth Austin Health Club and Arden's Garden. Enjoy food, face painting, pumpkin decorating and an amazing DJ from America’s Got Talent.

Sandy Springs Education Force's Lightning 5K/10K is a fast, flat course and an official Peachtree qualifier! Every step helps boost educational programs for public school students in Sandy Springs. Form a school, neighborhood or corporate team and enjoy the race (and the celebration after)!

Sandy Springs Education Force (SSEF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and enriching the lives of public school students in Sandy Springs in coordination with school administrators. STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and math), literacy, after-school, tutoring and mentoring programs address critical needs. Financially vulnerable students thrive from these programs during the school year and summer.
