Mental Health Matters: A Community Wellness Fair and 5K Run/Walk, on May 21, 2023 from 9:00 am - 1 pm at Seal Point Park in San Mateo. This day is dedicated to supporting mental wellness, encouraging community partnerships, and educating around diverse resources.

A community event that brings us together to support and raise awareness about the importance of mental health!

Start the day off with a 5K run or walk on the trail of Seal Point Park!  Strollers and Dogs are welcome with mindfulness to other participants!  Attend the FREE Wellness Fair where you can learn from Health and Wellness Advocates and Experts! Attend a Speaker workshop, Experience Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation!
