Welcome to PLeDGE Health's 2nd annual Salve Vidas virtual run! All funds raised through our Salve Vidas event go toward developing emergency medical care where it doesn't exist. Run, ride or donate to save lives!

How it works: 

1. Choose and event and register on our website by October 31. 
2. Run/walk 5K, cycle 20K, take on our 155K run month-long challenge or our 620K cycle month-long challenge. 
3. Record your run on our website by November 31.
4. Receive a race T-shirt and medal for your hard work!

Finisher T-shirts and medals will be sent on November 20 to all participants.

How to record your run:

1. Click on the "Results" tab on the website menu
2. Click on the blue "Submit Virtual Results" button
3. Find your participant by searching by name or email address 
4. Once you find your participant, click on the blue "Log Activities" button 
5. Input Activity Information
6. If you have multiple activities to record you can click the "Add Another Activity" button
