Welcome to the 2nd annual RuNford 5k!  

The RuNford 5K is a fun, family-friendly 5K run/walk hosted by local businesses whose goal is to enrich and enhance our community's engagement. Our goal is to bring the community together and create another GREAT RACE like last year!  We hope you'll be able to join us for this event - where you can run, walk or just come out and cheer everyone on!  

Our Commitment 

Proceeds from the days events will be benefitting the East Providence Boys and Girls Club of East Providence.   

The Course

The 3.1 mile course takes you through downtown Rumford with mostly flat terrain and a few rolling hills. The roads will be partially blocked to allow safe running/walking space for participants. There will be one water station along the course, and plenty of support along the way!

Event Details

Early registration is strongly recommended, but same day registrations are available. Check in begins at 8:00 AM. At check in you will receive your bib and t-shirt. Come early and join us for some music and mingling and group warm up before the race, and be sure to hang out afterwards at Rumford Center.
