A new series of three short cross country races (2.25 miles) to offer an introduction to cross country running, a sport underdeveloped in the United States.

These four races are grass roots no-frills events designed to show you the nuances of running up and down hills in the grass, to groom you to race in the fall, but to let you have fun while doing it.

We've cut the first loop off the Council Rock North home cross country course and eliminated a rough 180* turn to an uphill in what is normally the second mile. Leaving you with a technical uphill to navigate and long gradual up hills, side hills and downhills to traverse.

We'll be playing music at the start-finish line and having fun. Bring your own fun!
