Join us for the Run the Eclipse 5K, as part of the three-day long "Embrace the Dark" solar eclipse events in Geneva, New York.

Experience New York's only total eclipse of the sun in our lifetimes. The next one won't be until 2144. Geneva, New York will lie in the path of this total eclipse on Monday, April 8, 2024. Geneva is on a thin line of lucky cities able to experience this amazing event. 

​Run the Eclipse 5K Run/Walk will happen on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 8:00AM. The race will start and finish at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center with a run along the Lakefront path and Seneca Lake State Park. 

The race is sponsored by BluePrint Geneva and The Geneva Family YMCA. The race proceeds will support the work of both of these organizations.

Early Packet Pick-up

Meet us at Lake Drum Brewing, 16 E Castle St, Geneva, on Friday (April 5th) from 5:00PM - 8:00PM for early packet pickup! We encourage all participants to stop by Lake Drum Brewing to pick up their race bib and packet to avoid any delays on race morning.

Race Day Packet Pick-up will start at 6:30 AM at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center, in the Community Room.
