Saturday April 30 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM (Start line)

* QUEENS PLACE lobby will open at 8:00 AM - washrooms available as well for those who wish to use a dressing room for a quick shower or to change two rooms will be available!

* KIT PICKUP this evening Best Western. SATURDAY should be at the START line area! Be patient. Saturday we are onsite at 7:30AM.

* HALF leaves at 9:00 AM, 10K at 9:15AM, 5K at 9:30AM

* Waterstations approximately at 5Km intervals

* Porta Potty at start line, at 5K one at 9k

* Limited 'snacks' available bring a few if you wish to have a feed, will be some bananas, plenty of warm hot TIMS coffee when you finish as well water.

* Do NOT cross the road for any random reason on the route unless directed to do so! 5K will have 100 + be mindful and respectful of paces and avoid bunching.

* Do not 'litter' on the route as well in the start/finish area find a refuse container.

* No dogs strollers other ...

* Not registered do not run this course

Half Marathon 9:00 AM, 10 KM 9:15 AM, 5 KM/Walk-Run 9:30 AM

Stay left at all times. Exercise caution at all times due to oncoming traffic.

Extra caution in crossing at the turn point. NEVER cross the road for a water station not on your side. Water Stations approximately every 4-5 KM. Always be aware of any trip hazards.

5 KM Run/Walk 9:30AM Queens Place Emera Centre to Port Mersey Commercial Park.

10 KM (out and back) 9:15AM. Queens Place to a point past Mount Pleasant Rd and back.

Half Marathon (loop) 9:00 AM through the communities of Brooklyn, Beach Meadows to Eagle Head turns and returns to Queens Place via Eastern Shore Rd.
