Join us in the Run for Ukraine 5K race at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, June 24, 2023!

All proceeds from the event benefit LIFE Ministry, the Charlotte-based non-profit organization focused on improving the quality of life for children and families affected by the war in Ukraine. On a regular basis, members of this organization travel to the Poland-Ukrainian border to serve Ukrainian children providing them with phycological support by organizing different events and activities that the Ukrainian children and refugees need most during these challenging times. The race will start at 9:00 AM and is open to runners of all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Run or walk at your own pace. The course will take you through the beautiful McAlpine Creek Park, with scenic views of the surrounding nature. In addition to running for a good cause, participants will receive a medal upon completing the race and the race time will be tracked with the support of Queen City Timing.

Bib Pick-Up Information

Early Bib pick-up will be held on Friday, June 23rd, from 3 PM to 7 PM at Carolina Beer Temple (195 N Trade St, Matthews, NC 28105).
Bib can also be picked up prior to the start of the race at McAlpine Creek Park from 7:30-8:30am.
