Run for a Life 5k

We are so excited to announce that we are hosting the 6th annual Run for a Life 5k event! Every year all Proceeds are donated to a person or family facing a tremendous set back in life. We have three families who combine together to organize this run in memory of their lost loved ones. This year all proceeds will be donated to Dave Beyer!

Dave Beyer, AKA Famous or Davey, is a 34-year-old dairy farmer born and raised
in Freedom, WI. Dave is the son of Jim and Sandy Beyer, with 3 siblings. Shawn,
Craig, and Amanda Beyer. Dave graduated from Freedom High in 2006, after which he began helping his Dad run the farm full time. Dave spends his time with his girlfriend Michelle, playing pool with the guys, and riding tractor with his dog Chunk.
On December 14th, 2021, Dave had a routine appointment to evaluate headaches and visual
changes. They found a large, cancerous mass in his left frontal lobe, spreading to other parts of his brain. On January 4th Dave underwent surgery at UW Health. They were able to remove a large portion of the tumor, but he will need several rounds of radiation and chemotherapy to treat the remaining cancer.
Dave is humble with a heart of gold. He needs our help now more than ever!!!
