The Central Arkansas Library System and the North Little Rock Public Library System have partnered to create the Rock, Paper, Run 5K to celebrate Library Card Sign-up Month. This family fun run/walk 5K will connect the two library systems beginning in Little Rock, leaving from the CALS Main Library, 100 Rock Street, Little Rock and ending in North Little Rock at William F. Laman Library, 2801 Orange Street. Following the race, a Library Card Sign-up Celebration will take place at Laman Plaza Runners and spectators are encouraged to dress up as their favorite book characters.
