Rock and Run for Mental Health is a 5k race, 1 Mile Fun Walk/Run, Live Music, Yoga, Food, and Wellness Vendor Event for Mental Health! Proceeds benefit mental health and suicide prevention.  Event registration opens May 2025 (Mental Health Awareness Month).
