Ride for Rebound 🚲 presented by Play It Again Sports, is an initiative that brings together avid community cyclists on May 27, 2023 to with a choice of riding 4 levels: 80km, 40km, 25km, or 10km to support Rebound Child & Youth Services by raising awareness and funds for our programs and services. Cobourg Police Chief Paul VandeGraaf created this initiative in partnership with Rebound to emphasize the ripple-effect that our programs and services have on the clients we work with. The Ride is a chance for community members to get active, experience the beauty of Northumberland County, and work alongside Rebound to change the lives of local children, youth, and families.

Every dollar raised through the Ride for Rebound goes directly to supporting children, youth, and families in Northumberland County through Rebound's Family Wellness Hub. For many of us, this is the County where we live – so the impact really does hit close to home.

Rebound supports over 1,400 clients across Northumberland County every year, working with people from every community. Ranging from ages 7-18, the children and youth we serve are provided with excellent programs and services that help them find motivation for the future, and paint the picture of a bright path ahead. By taking a holistic approach to generating this success our clients and their families can grow together through the ripple-effect of these programs and services.

The goal for Ride for Rebound is to raise $25,000 – every dollar pledged is one step closer to bringing positive change to the lives of children, youth, and families across Northumberland 💚
