Rick & Tim invite you to join them for their 400th consecutive week of running!   This run will be Wednesday. August, 30th, 6 pm and we will meet by the playground at the Fairgrounds.  We will choose the 3 mile route depending on the number of people who come out to join us.  Please come along and bring a friend!

FREE to join - please SIGN UP up so we know how many care coming.  We will also be collecting DONATIONS for the the Calumet Region Jr. Striders, our local youth running program.

Nearly 8 years ago, Rick & Tim started running together.  No matter the weather, beautiful days, rainy days, snow, wind - each week & every week.  Work schedules, illness, vacations - we always made it work.  We even managed to get it in when Tim cracked his rib and Rick pulled his hamstring.
