The Rainbow House Children’s Resource Center (Rainbow House CRC) is a non-profit organization devoted to reducing the occurrence of child abuse and provide assistance to the victims. Rainbow House CRC coordinates community efforts in child abuse education, advocacy, treatment, family support, prevention, and training. We provide a child-friendly facility where children feel more comfortable talking about their situation. Our goal for 2022 is to continue to meet the needs of our community and make a positive impact in Houston County by providing needed support and resources to families. We are hosting a Rainbow Run 5K and Fun Run on April 30, 2022 at Central Georgia Technical College.  This event is intended to inform the community of what the Rainbow House is and does for children and their families in Central Georgia.  April is Child Abuse Prevention Month which provides us a great opportunity to spread awareness to our community.
