The Virtual Race across Mingo returns with two options—424 and 212 miles. What a perfect challenge to keep you motivated through fall, winter, and spring. We are extending this year's program for a few months to help you reach your goal. 

You can participate as an individual or create a team. Either way, we want you to keep moving and stay motivated. 

Why the name Mingo? Mingo comes from the county name located in West Virginia. It was based on the square footage of the county. 

The virtual race will begin Monday, October 21 and the races ends on Saturday, May 31 at 11:59pm
