Pump It Up 5k

Help us raise funds and awareness for Lifetime Wells International, a local nonprofit that provides safe drinking water to the people of Ghana and Tanzania.   

The mission of Lifetime Wells International is to improve the quality of life in the developing world by engaging with and empowering local partners to design, install, and maintain safe and reliable drinking water systems. Since 2004, over 3,000 water wells have been provided at no cost to communities in need.

Registration:        
Adults: Price prior to April 29th, $35 (T-shirt guaranteed); after April 29th, $45 (T-shirt not guaranteed).

Children: Price prior to April 29th, $20 (T-shirt guaranteed); after April 29th, $30 (T-shirt not guaranteed).

Event Day:                   
Registration: 8:00am. The race and walk will start at 9:00 am with walkers lined up behind the runners.

Awards:                    
Awards will be provided for the top 3 overall male and female finishers and the top 3 per age group.
