8:00am Saturday, November 19, 2022, Join us for the Prop's Trot for Troops 5K benefiting the Fisher House of the Emerald Coast.  Brought to you by Props Brewery and Grill and Run With It, the course will start at the Brewery located at 255 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE in the Publix Shopping Center and will wind through the beautiful neighborhoods surrounding downtown Fort Walton Beach.  Fantastic after party included with race entry and will include music, food and beer (of course!).  This is great Welcome Back to road racing!

$30 through November 6,  2022
$35 on and after November 6, 2022 (online registration closes on November 17th, but you may still sign up in person at Run With It or at packet pick up on Friday or on race day at the Props Brewery and Grill)

$40 Day of the Race

All 5K participants get commemorative event hat 

After party at Props Brewery and Grill with complimentary food and drink.  This is a family friendly event, kids are welcome! 
Packet pick up will be held: Friday November 18th at Props Brewery and Grill in the Publix Shopping Center downtown from 4-6:00 PM

And Race Day at Props Brewery and Grill from 7:00 to 7:45am
