Join us for a 5K race around Twin Lakes Recreation Area. Participants will enjoy a 5K (3.2) mile race around the path and frontage road at Twin Lakes. Each participant will receive a t-shirt (if registered by June 5), goodie bag, slice of pizza from RoccoVinos and a drink (choose from draft beer, house wine or fountain drink) after the race. Stay for the after party and enjoy music and drinks (21 yrs & older) in the tent. After party begins at 9:00am and runs until 11:00am.

PACKET PICKUP:

WHEN: July 6-July 7.  Packets will include a t-shirt (if registered by June 5)

WHERE: Rose Park, 530 S. Williams Ave. Palatine, IL 60074  (Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:00pm)

 

RACE DAY SCHEDULE:

Check-in: 7:15-8:15am

Pre-Race Briefing: 8:25am

Start Time: 8:30am SHARP

 

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

Parking: On site parking is limited, but surrounding lots will be utilized.  Car-pooling is strongly recommended.  Please pay attention as there will be areas with NO PARKING SIGNS.

Numbers/Waves: Your bib number will be in your race bag. All participants must wear the assigned bib on the front of their shirt. 

Refunds: No refunds will be given for any reasons.

Awards:  Awards will be presented at approximately 9:20am  and given to the top 3 finishers, male and female in each of the following age categories: 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 and over. 

Results:  Results will be available after the last finisher.  Split times and results will be posted at www.saltcreekpd.com by the following Monday.
