15K relay
Date, Time, & Place: Saturday October 5th at 8:00am. The 15K will no longer begin at 8:00am Morningside Park and will instead start AND finish at Bearden Elementary. Same for the 4-miler, except it will start at 8:05am. These are now out-and-back races. All registration and post-race activity takes place at Bearden Elementary School.

Registration & Entry Fees:
15k/4-mile Early registration is March 31 - June 30 for $35 for 15k, $25 for 4-mile. Registration is July 1-Aug 31 for $40, $30 for 4-mile. Late Registration is Sept 1-Oct 4 for $45, $35 for relay. Race day registration fee is $50 for 15k, $40 for the 4-mile. No t-shirt – deduct $5 anytime. Race day registration is from 6:00 -7:30 a.m. at Bearden Elementary.
Early Packet Pickup: Thursday, October 3 - Bearden Bike and Trail (126 N Forest Park Blvd, Knoxville) from 5p to 7p.
Race-Day Packet Pickup will begin at 6am from Bearden Elementary.
T-shirts: Unisex sizing - Anyone registering after September 20 will receive shirts while supplies last. The shirt order will be placed on September 20 and when the inventory runs out in the RunSignUp system, there will be no more shirts. No re-orders.
Awards: Awards for 15k and 4-mile to the top 3 Overall male/female/open, top Masters (As defined by fastest person age 40 and above, not limited to 40-49) Grandmasters (As defined by fastest person age 50 and above, not limited to 50-59), Senior Grandmasters (As defined by fastest person age 60 and above, not limited to 60-69) male and female. Awards to the top 3 in each age group as well as top 3 Clydesdale (men over 200 lbs.) and top 3 Athena (Women over 150 lbs.) Age Divisions will be in 5 year increments (three deep). Overall winners not eligible for age division awards. Awards must be picked up during the awards ceremony. Age division awards will not be mailed but will be available at Eddie's Health Shoppe - West beginning October 8. There is no cash prize for this event.
Grand Prix Points: 2024 Grand Prix points awarded for both 15k and 4-mile. Remember, to be eligible for Grand Prix awards, you must be a member of the KTC and you must volunteer for at least 3 events.
Refreshments: Refreshments provided for participants at Bearden Elementary School. Water stops & gel: Tyson Park and the Corner of Sutherland/greenway at UT Rec Field.
Results: Compete results will be available on the KTC Website at www.ktc.org.
Race Etiquette: Due to insurance regulations, roller blades, bicycles, and dogs are not allowed on the course. The 15K course closes in 2 hours and 30 minutes.
