#PeloFam, its Admin and many of its members have been supporters of animal rights and in accordance to that we are pleased to announce our partnership to host a "Pet Apartment" at the St. Louis Stray Rescue in St. Louis, Missouri. This charity has long been one that Amy Koch has been very active in personally. The Rescue has agreed to "Bank" any of the funds we make from these races or donations from #PeloFam to put towards the #PeloFam Pet Apartment. The apartment will continue to have a plaque with the #PeloFam logo above the apartment. The funds will help pay for that dog or cat’s spay/neuter, vaccines, and other medical costs. They will also continue to send us updates as to the pet in the apartment. So even if you decide not to race or walk please consider donating to the St. Louis Stray Rescue in support of #PeloFam and our effort to help rescue the abandoned, beaten, bred, fought, injured, terrified, defeated and betrayed pets.
