Great family race for all ages at the beautiful City Park in Parkersburg, WV. The race is 5 K and held on Halloween weekend. Come in your best costume, awards will be given for the best Walk and Run Divisions. All ages welcome. Leashed dogs are encouraged!!!! FUN FUN FUN!!!
