• Step 2 -  Verify your Roster - if you Approve and NO CHANGES NEEDED - Complete  " VERIFIED MY ROSTER ENTRY BUTTON"

• Step 4- If you Verify your roster and changes need to be made - you have until 12 noon Wednesday to make changes AND ENTER THEM under 'SCHOOL' above.  TIP : Software system is limited on large group entries - so enter 5-7 at a time and confirm then start again.

Attention Coaches: Online Registration Closes ON WEDNESDAY at NOON - No extensions.

REGISTRATION:  This is for Coaches to register your student.

UPDATE: THIS WEEK COACH YOU ARE TO REVIEW YOUR TEAMS ROSTER FIRST!!!!

Only if you need additions to your roster will you need to add an ATHLETE to your school through this registration page.  This MUST BE DONE BY WEDNESDAY 12 NOON. Plan accordingly we cannot extend any time this week.

Please register your runners under your school and enter your athlete’s information accordingly

• First Name

• Last Name

• Gender

• Use your school address

• Use Coaches email as email and phone contact

• DOB – If you do not have DOB – enter according to grade level EXAMPLE –

• If Sixth grader  enter 06/06/2006
• if Seventh grade 07/07/2007 and
• if Eighth grade 08/08/2008

COACHES ONLY - Packet Pick up:

PLEASE FIND Positive Vibes Registration Tent – and receive your TEAM ROSTER, bibs and chips.

YOUR ATHLETES BIBS will be Chipped with the timing device for your athlete; They are to wear these on the front of their Jersey Chest Area.  With all FOUR PINS securing the bib DOWN to their Jersey.  This allows the timing company to read them at the FINISH-LINE. 

• IF YOU NEED AN ATHLETE ADDED to your race –

• YOU MUST DO SO IMMEDIATELY to prevent delays.  REGISTRATION CLOSES at 12 noon Wednesday!!!!
• USE THE FORM PROVIDED so timing company can enter all info according to software.
• Last Name, First Name, Grade Level, School

• INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIBS with TIMING CHIPS:

• Athlete needs to secure their bib to the FRONT of their jersey with ALL FOUR SAFETY PINS so timing company can READ their NUMBER when they finish. 
• Coaches please hold onto your students BIBS for any announcements from Timing Company for any future races this season presented by POSITIVEVIBESUSA.com 

 

REGISTRATION CLOSES:

• WEDNESDAY 12:00noon so BIB PROGRAMMING CAN BEGIN and PACKES MADE FOR YOUR TEAMS 

• Any Addition of athletes can be added on the race registration site before NOON on WEDNESDAY.
